Information the application may process

When an authorized CreatorGraph AI operator connects through Google OAuth, the application may access Google Ads information permitted by that authorization, including:

• account and resource identifiers;
• campaigns;
• ad groups;
• keywords and negative keywords;
• keyword planning and forecast information;
• impressions and clicks;
• advertising cost;
• performance metrics;
• conversion-related metadata authorized by CreatorGraph AI; and
• internal audit and operational evidence.

The application is not designed to access unrelated Google Account data.

How information is used

Authorized information is used only for CreatorGraph AI advertising research, planning, management, monitoring, reporting, conversion measurement, reconciliation, and operational troubleshooting. SaathKaam is the initial production use case.

The application is not a public advertising-management service. Third-party advertisers cannot connect their accounts to it.

Authorization and access control

Google OAuth is used where required to authorize access. Access is restricted to authorized CreatorGraph AI operators working with CreatorGraph AI-owned or authorized advertiser accounts. Permissions are intended to be limited to the scopes and resources needed for approved advertising operations.

Data sharing

CreatorGraph AI does not sell Google Ads information handled by this application. Information may be shared only with authorized personnel and service providers supporting the application's infrastructure or operations, with Google services as necessary to perform authorized API requests, or when disclosure is required by applicable law. Access is limited according to operational need and applicable agreements.

Retention

Operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the uses described in this policy, including reporting, reconciliation, troubleshooting, security review, and legal or policy obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to legitimate backup, audit, and legal requirements.

Security

CreatorGraph AI applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, credential separation, and operational logging where appropriate. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

OAuth client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, Google Ads developer tokens, and private account credentials are not published on this website.
